The Christchurch Engine Centre, a joint venture by Air New Zealand and Pratt and Whitney is an aviation maitainance, overhaul and repair centre for all models of the V2500 engines. Located at Christchurch Airport, it is a top-ranked facility and a trusted partner of several commercial airlines worldwide.
Currently about to expand its workshops and engine test cells, the site will be enlarged to effectively double its size and output. The development comprises a large workshop, a new and enlarged engine test cell and new offices.
